If you're working on your CGRS-D or CGRS-M scholarship application and could use an extra pair of eyes, or just some company to keep the momentum going, join us for a peer support session in the Murray Engineering Student Centre (MESC) on September 25 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. We will be joined by panelists who are NSERC and Killam award holders and can share their experience and tips on preparing a strong scholarship application. This will be an informal and supportive space where you can:
Talk through your writing with a volunteer and get feedback.
Get helpful tips on the application process.
Work alongside other applicants for focus, accountability, and encouragement.
For those planning to apply for the Killam scholarship later, this is also a great opportunity to work on your application, as the CGRS application will form the basis of your Killam application. Whether you're refining your draft or just getting started, you're welcome to drop in at any time during the session.
